Neither one identifies you or is shared with anyone. The language cookie is only created if you change the language with the selector.
Why don't we ask for permission?
The law requires consent for cookies that aren't necessary, such as analytics or advertising ones. Ours only serve features you ask for yourself (the language and closing the notice), so they are exempt. That's why the notice is just informative and doesn't block the site.
If we ever add non-essential cookies, we'll ask for your permission before using them.
Cookies from other sites
Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so visiting this site loads no third-party cookies. If you go to Discord, GitHub, KeyForge or Roblox, those sites use their own cookies under their policies.
On the blog, posts may include the showcase video. Until you press “Watch here” you only see our thumbnail and nothing loads from YouTube. When you press it, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com (Google), which may store its own cookies or data under its policy. If you'd rather not, use the “Watch the video” button or don't play it.
How to delete them
In your browser settings you can view and delete the cookies and site data for weroscripts.com. If you delete them, the site will pick the language from your browser again and the notice will show up again.
